Junior Associate

Hudnell Law Group P.C. – Mountain View, CA

Hudnell Law is looking to add a junior associate to our patent litigation team. The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 5 years of patent litigation experience. He/she/they will have extensive experience in discovery and motion practice, and will be capable of managing the day-to-day aspects of a case, from the pleading stage through pre-trial. The ideal candidate also must have excellent legal research and writing skills. While a technical degree is strongly preferred, the candidate should at a minimum have a strong technical aptitude. The candidate also should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
